hello, london college of fashion.

I've had this blog for several years now and I am guilty of not running or updating it properly. I've always had a full-time job and fashion has been a much-loved hobby that is very present in my daily life even though I haven't been that much present in my blog. In December last year I took a 5-day intensive personal styling course in London College of Fashion. I was so impressed by what I saw and learnt that I nearly cried when the course came to an end. It was simply amazing to be surrounded by people who loved and breathed fashion as much as I did. Gaining that additional knowledge about the topic I was so passionate about felt so so good.
After competing the course successfully I started researching what other options there are for me to learn more about fashion without having to quit my day job. I've been working in online travel for many years and living in London, it is absolutely necessary to earn a good salary, so dedicating myself to studies full-time was not an option.
Thankfully, I found out that my beloved University of the Arts London is offering 4 brilliant part-time degree courses in it's London College of Fashion. Lectures are 2 evenings a week and on Saturday mornings. Needless to say, this was perfect for me and here I now am - proud owner of a freshly printed UAL London College of Fashion student card!
The course I am taking is Fashion Business which involves a broad range of topics from product development to buying and merchandising. My studies will officially start in the beginning of October and already I feel that every spare moment I am not studying, is a waste! I am so happy and excited about this opportunity to study in one of the best fashion schools in the world!

I really want to breathe more life into my blog, so I will be using it as my little student diary (among with occasional outfits and shoots). I will be writing about my experience of studying in LCF and documenting my road to the professional fashion world. My goal is to start a career in fashion and I am inviting you to join me on this challenging but very exciting journey!
